1. What We Do
Cyprus Easy Life provides complete property care and lifestyle services, including property management, key holding, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, and more, as agreed in your service plan. We treat every property with care, respect, and attention to detail, and you agree to give accurate information about your home and keep us updated on any changes.
2. How We Work Together
All service fees, schedules, and inclusions will be confirmed in writing before we start. Payments must be made on time to avoid service delays. Either you or Cyprus Easy Life may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Completed services will be charged in full, and any outstanding balance must be settled before the agreement ends.
3. Care, Security & Limits
We store keys securely and only release them to authorised people. While we work to the highest standards, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control or for losses caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
